To clarify: I’m new to WP, installed WP 1 month ago and nextgen about a week ago.

forgot: newest plugin version and WP.
Rotating is possible if i select pictures in the gallery list and choose action rotate.
Changing
$tzlist = DateTimeZone::listIdentifiers(DateTimeZone::ALL);
to
$tzlist = DateTimeZone::listIdentifiers();
solved the problem (for me).
