I dont understand i guess it just makes my site disappeared again?

WordPress Address (URL) *http://www.savingsbroom.com/sweep

Site Address (URL) *http://www.savingsbroom.com/sweep

Even when i change the bottom and drop the /sweep it doesn’t fix the issue it gives me the 404 Error message?

Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

Also once i get this back to normal how can i get make it so the main URL when typed in the browser will show the theme instead of the secondary path?
