my install failed too – I thought I was supposed to get a button to click if i wanted to upgrade my theme but this didn’t appear.
Instead it said the directory already exits and then aborted the process.

Yeah great….
I did what u said and now I can’t get back into my site dashboard! When I try to login like I used to I get taken to the home page of my site with no possibility of getting to the dashboard!
What’s going on?
