I think you don’t get how this plugin works. It creates a shortcode to implement Facebook comments. The increase in loading time you experience is because FB comments (like all FB products btw.) are a gigantic drag on performance because they are so heavy weight. (comes with all the tracking they do).
Also that JS you are talking about is all from Facebook, as you can see by the CDN that delivers them, so it’s not in your (or any others) power to compress them. So if anything you should give Facebook a bad review, since it’s their code. From what I can see the plugin does exactly what it says it does.
