Thank u for your suggestion. Basically it seems a near good solution but still a little question. I mean when a customer visit a product page he will click a button link to open a private chat window with the seller. But it seems your suggestion requires “Private chat window will open only if the user is present on the users list”, that’s really not one click thing. it would be appreciated if you could give more detailed suggestion!
