I received an email from you that said that I should check the guidelines that I mentioned in the original post. I sent you 3 emails already all came back as mail delivery errors. I hope the fourth gets trough. I attached an image with my api google console setup

I am not sure about the “Google Customer Reviews enabled” thing. I couldn’t find that exact thing you mentioned, but here is an image that explains better what I did here:
