Thank you for your prompt reply! I actually placed our business email add on that field but the email that was showing on our test purchase came from “@box303.host”. I tested it again before I sent you this email and still got the same thing. It didn’t show the email address (our business add) that I saved on the upper field of eShop From address.
Is there any way to fix this?
