My Pro version is: 3.12.6 and the events calendar is 4.0.
If I deactivate and delete the Pro plugin from my WP backend and then download and upload the new 4.o version, will all the events that have been added be deleted?I noticed that the event formatting is messed up with the content justified to the left with no left margin – right up to the edge of the page. That is a good reference.
Staying calm, even if you have taken so many of these suggested precautions and postcautions seems to be the hardest task.
As for forensics, I sure would like to know how it happened, but that is beyond my technical expertise.Forum: Plugins

I will keep this post “un-resolved” until I get some message from BruteProtect Support.
I wish them well in preventing this script injection.
