Please read the plugin description. It does not say that it hides prices only for certain users. It does not say that it has any option to add any text. ( although this could be an idea for future releases )
You should rate a plugin based on what the plugin says it’s doing.

We have checked , but it is hard to know since we do not have the Wp admin login. For example this category: https://www.galena-shop.cz/en/product-category/gemstone-necklaces/ , has the Hide option checked?

What do you mean by all prices? It removes prices for categories under which “Hide” option is not checked?

We have just released a new version of the plugin. Variations are not visible because they are related to the price.
DO you still want variations to be visible? Not sure if that helps since their combinations generate the price.
But if these variations are needed, we will prepare a new plugin version with variations visible.
