    Hi Jawada,

We’re on the 8.3 PHP version.
Theme is Extra (Divi) and we have a bunch of other plugins but they don’t apparently have anything in common with Pop Up Builder (most of them don’t even use JavaScript).

Weird thing is that the first pop up we ever made is still on and works fine, but we can no longer edit the main options.
Thus, we can’t create new pop ups either without those options displayin correctly in the back office :/

Can the bg color of the button be edited too ?

Thanks a lot, I totally missed that tab !

    Hi,

I have exactly the same issue. Everything in in prod mode, no fatal errors anywhere, payments are made correctly, but same email from Stripe that the webhook is kinda glitchy.

This part of the message bothers me:

“We’ve attempted to notify the endpoint 16 times since April 15, 2020 at 02:39PM. If this endpoint is important to your application, please try and fix the issue. If you do not need the webhook endpoint you can delete it from your Stripe webhook settings. We will stop sending notifications to your webhook by April 24, 2020 around 02:39PM.

Here is the summary of errors we have received when sending you webhooks:
    * 16 requests had other errors while sending the webhook.

You need to return anything between a HTTP 200 to 299 for the webhook to be considered successfully delivered.”

How can I try that? via WP ? via FTP ?

    thx (and great plugin, btw!)

    Hi guys,

Following this topic because I had the same refundable problematic with an woocommerce website.

Thx for the tip, Con, I’ll check your method 🙂

    A few question though:
    – do you think that only the customer should initiate the refund request, or can the shop owner do it before the refund process is initiated by the customer? It’s a pure marketing or client behavior question, the trick is to maybe get the benefits from the clients which forget to get the refunds, but maybe the refund request might add an extra step in the order that could be unproductive… thoughts?

    – The website I’m working on sells liquids, rice etc, so I’m using a specific unit of measure plugin. Which means my bottle sizes are different (and so will be the refunds) depending on the amount of product the customer orders
Would the bundle trick work, or should there be some conditional rules to add for each product?

    thx 🙂

    That’s it, thanks a lot!

I always forget it can be done via the WP root settings 🙂

Mmm… usually locotranslate does the job, even if it’s not 100% complete.

So, once it’s 100% via WP translate, it’s gonna work?
(in this case, I’ll do my best to complete the missing strings)
