There is a search bar in the upper right corner of the header. It was setup before I update to the pro version. Is that the correct search form?

Thank you for getting back to me. This first shot shows what the menu should look like on the right and the tiny box for selecting items on the left. At this point everything looks like it will work.

This next shot show the categories list at the point that it become scrambled. The items shown are from other sections and are not related or in order. This happens thought out the remainder of the 600+ categories in spite of the fact that they were imported in the correct sorted order.
