So I did exactly what you told me for the configuration (Auto-Login and Authentification are ON with the proper parameters you said).After that, when I go to the URL :
https://mywebsite.com/?rest_route=/auth-test/secure/auth&email=([email protected])&password=(the_user_password)
Nb : of course I edited the ([email protected]) and (the_user_password) with correct parameters for the user I want to auto login withI just get the error message :
code “rest_no_route”
message “Aucun itinéraire n’a été trouvé correspondant à l’URL et à la méthode de requête”

status 404So I can’t get the JTW token for the user, and then, I can’t use it for the auto-login (as you said that the JWT is mandatory for).
Maybe it’s because I missed something regarding the “General tab” ?
I had set “Decryption key source” to “Plugin settings”, JWT algo to “HS256”, and Get JWT token “ON” for all.
Regarding the “JWT Decryption key”, I think I’m lost.. I just added a random 32 characters string.. Do I have to do something particular for that JWT Decryption key ?
And how ?Also, in fact, I would like to be able to have all my users capable to auto-login to our wordpress website by just using the email address in parameter on an URL. It is possible to set the same and unique JWT token for All users ? In order to just have an URL with the JWT token (same for all) and the corresponding email in parameter on the URL in the web navigator ?

RegardsJust to add : in fact, we would like to just have an URL where the user can auto login to our wordpress with his email (no more).
We tried by touching all parameters in the plugin, but everytime we get an error message when using the URL :

It is possible to have here a little “step by step” instructions to how configure the plugin to just have auto login OK by user wordpress email, from an URL in a web navigator ?
I mean, a guide of the configuration of your plugin regarding :
– the Decryption Key Source
– The JWT Decrypt Algo
– The JWT Decryption key (because I think there is something to do here)
– The “Login” section of the plugin, where we activates the auto login
– parameters for the URL used to auto login in a web navigator
in order to just use the “URL” and auto login with the wordpress user email only ?We tried many hours, so thats’ why we ask your support on it 🙂

It’s time now to add a reply to my issue. I have to say that the support team (a tiny team) has solved my problems.
As my client needed to have a solution, I was bit “insistent”, but at the end, the support team just solved everything! And I understand they are not enough to handle all support requests.

You app keep in memory instagram photo. In case os change of URL, you get lost.
We just asked you to delete an account on your website, as there is nothing to do it on your admin panel, a simple request that we have the right to ask you (because you don’t give the ability to do it by ourself!), and never get an answer… This is not professional guys! It is about our datas, and we have the right to ask you to delete our account.
We can’t stay like that, and this start to frustrating me and my clients..
Mail me at [moderated] as soon as possible to do this very simple action. We need it!
