Does the CSS inserted in Caldera My Shortcodes CSS field should work on the site or not? Now it is working only at prewiev, but not on the site.

I need to make the advanced-ads plugin visible for editors too. It does not work with Admin Menu Editor plugin where I set the Advanced-Ads plugin visible to Editors.
Any simple way to make it?
