I have enabled cURL, and I run curl -v https://google.com in the terminal, and the connection information can be returned. I consulted the hosting service provider, and my server has no restrictions on curl.

Phpinfo:
cURL support enabled
cURL Information 7.70.0

plugin: breeze ( I disabled the plugin and tested SLB, but SLB still doesn’t work. )
