It’s limited to 24 hours as we used to support a “Days” field, but removed it because it was rarely used.
Since it was pretty simple to adjust the “Hours” constraint, I’ve updated the plugin to allow up to 240 hours.
This will be release 3.0 coming out in a couple of weeks. If you can’t do without it, write me at [email protected] and I can modify your existing plugin for you in the meantime.

We now done a broad suite of testing with WP 3.3.1 and are happy to say that the ZipList Recipe Plugin works just fine. If anyone does run across issues with 3.3.1, please email us directly at “[email protected]”.

I’ve discovered something in the plugin code that may be the cause of the problem you reported. I’ve made a fix that I’d like to confirm does fix your issue before I release a new plugin version.

I’m the developer of the plugin. Thanks so much for your note — indeed, we have seen one other reports of this and we have been hoping to find someone with a reproducible case to help us work through the undocumented guts of dbDelta.
I have a couple of code changes I would like to try and I’m wondering if you can help me see what’s going on from the DB side?
