I can’t seem to get the current plugin to work with 2.7. I wonder if there are going to be releasing an updated version. I want to use MailChimp, but need integration with WordPress.
That would then require that all current plugins out there right now, be rewritten. Besides aesthetics, any other reasons for it?
I believe with Fetch, that if your right click on wp-content/uploads directory, you will have an option about ‘Permissions’ or ‘CHMOD’. If so, change the permission to 755. i.e. read, write.

Your ‘cPanel’ has nothing to do with WordPress. ‘cPanel’ is usually a software that your webhost provides to make it easier to manager your webspace.
I would try http://example.com:2082 or http://example.com/cpanel
