    Din verificarile noastre nu am putut reproduce eroarea si o posibila cauza ar putea fi ca ultimul update a fost adaugata coloana “ean_is_mandatory” in tabela “wp_emk_categories”. Va rugam sa verificati ca aceasta exista si in cazul dumneavostra.

    First of all thanks for your review. We are sorry for your experience so far with the connector.
    Please help us understand every item from your list:

    Type of product -> Taken from product attributes, when most people out there have them on subcategories, modified all products, added type of products.
    afterwards I expected the connector to take all products in stock and upload them to emag, but no, you have to modify again every product check visible on emag market place and input the brand. If you have variable products(you have to check visible on emag for every variation), they will create standalone products on emag for every variation, instead of creating one product with variations.

    The current version doesn’t have a option for bulk upload to eMAG.

    Every attribute is duplicated 5 times, so if you have say attribute size M, you will have on emag, under size Size M 5 times. and if you have a product with sizes S, M, L XL, you will get 4 products on emag.
    This may be a bug and we’ll have to run more tests for this case.

    The product image is uploaded, sometimes, as thumbnail instead of full image of the product, throwing you an emag error of invalid images.
    This may be a bug and we’ll have to run more tests for this case.

    I setup up handling time to 1, but emag threw an error forcing me to make handling time 0.
    Handling time 0 is the standard option and the seller can set up other option only if eMAG accepts it.

    Hello,

    We can’t identify the real cause of your problem based on these info but it be because of a plugin you use to create bulk products. We have paid support in case you can’t handle it and need our help. To assess your website we need the following:
    1. Access to the hosting service (usually is cPanel or FTP/SFTP with user and password)
    2. The WooCommerce system report (WooCommerce → Status → Get System Report).
    3. Access to your admin panel (link, user and password) – it must be an admin user.
    4. eMAG Marketplace account details (user and password).


    After we get all the above we can start to identify the issues and then to assist you for a fee in installing or setting up the plug-in. Please send your message to [email protected]

    We don’t have a feature to help you process the images.

    There must a confusion because the plugin integration with eMAG was never stopped. Please talk again with eMAG Bulgaria Support Team to clarify this.

    The error message may be caused because you don’t have the permissions to execute wget. Please contact the hosting company.

    Hello,

    I understand your concern but we can’t offer free support.

    You mentioned on multiple occasions that the plugin it has problems. Please give us some concrete example so we can have a look. I assure you that we are making efforts to keep the plugin up to date.

    What I understand it might be a problem in your case is that you haven’t filled up in WordPress the Regular price, SKU and the rest of the mandatory fields from the 8th point in the documentation (Publishing Products To eMAG Marketplace).

    Va multumim pentru raspunsul oferit! Stim ca procesul de suport nu a fost unul de exceptie insa facem eforturi ca de acum inainte sa fim mult mai proactivi.

    Asadar, ne cerem scuze pentru faptul ca suport oferit nu a fost unul lin si pe masura asteptarilor.
