Va rugam sa verificati datele de acces, deoarece aceasta este cauza pe care au intampinat-o si ceilalti selleri eMAG.

Asa cum v-au scris si colegtii pe e-mail, pentru a va putea raspunde, va rugam sa trimiteti un e-mail la [email protected]. Pentru a va putea raspunde, este nevoie sa ne trimiteti:
– eMag Seller ID
– Link catre shop
– Informatiile de mai sus, incluzand si platforma.Multumesc!

Va multumim pentru utilizarea pluginului eMag Marketplace Connector

Eroarea de tipul “ERROR: Invalid vendor ip [89.33.44.XXX]” se rezolva prin adaugarea acelui IP (exact cel care va apare in mesajul eroare), in aplicatia eMag Marketplace (marketplace.emag.ro) in zona Contul meu/Profil/Detalii tehnice.@bhzone
Nu am mai intalnit ca aceasta eroare sa persiste dupa adaugarea IP-ului in whitelist.
Va rugam sa mai verificati inca o data, ca IP-ul adaugat in whitelist, este acelasi cu cel care apare in eroare.O zi buna,

We will answer each question as numbered:
1. Have you contacted eMag Marketplace Team to set your new order notification url?
It is detailed in the plugin documentation at point 2.Prerequisites:
eMag Marketplace Connector DocumentationYou can send the url, which should look like (replace “yourwebsiteaddress.com” with your website domain) :
yourwebsiteaddress.com/index.php?type=emkp_new_order&order_id=You can send this request using “Message Center”, in your eMag Marketplace account.
2. This plugin does not have this feature.
3. The plugin can be used to connect one website to eMag Marketplace in one of the allowed countries (Romania,Hungary,Poland,Bulgaria).
You can install the plugin on any number of Woocommerce websites, and use different websites for different countries.
The eMag Marketplace API url needed differs for each country, and they can be found in the eMag Marketplace API Documentation:eMAG Marketplace API Documentation

Mesajul “You are not allowed to use this API.” este primit atunci cand nu sunt corecte datele de logare.
Va rugam, sa verificati username-ul si parola.
Pentru username se poate folosi si adresa de email folosita la autentificarea in contul de eMag Marketplace.Va rugam sa verificati ca datele de mai sus sa nu aiba spatii goale la inceputul sau la sfarsitul cuvantului.
