Hey i tried your method of deactivated WPML (4 of them). only when I activated WPML Multilingual CMS did it load the bars again.

When I renewed WPML it appeared.
When I activate clearfy, it disappeared. When I deactivate clearfy, they appear again.
Hey thank you for your reply, I have identified… but I am uncertain how I should do it because it’s still showing blanks and the plugin is essential for my web.
