    Thanks for the quick reply.

I’m not too much familiar with the coding itself. I used Artisteer to create the theme and have been using it successfully over the past years, but with this latest WP version, the menu got screwed.

    Hi It Doug 🙂

    Thanks for your replies.

I mainly use Chrome and it is with Chrome that I first noticed the issue. Since then, I have tried Firefox and IE with identical results. Let me just try it again… yep, still the same in both IE and Firefox.

    I did try this http://sendpress.com/support/knowledgebase/csv-import-alternative/

It actually worked. It imported 2387 subscribers (correct). I originally thought it had only imported 239, but just now noticed that it was 239 pages filled with subscribers 🙂

Since disabling the plugins didn’t make a difference, I enabled the ones I needed afterwards. That’s why they were showing “active” in the debug info.

W3 Total cache “should” only effect the front end of the site. Backend should be left untouched. However, I can do a second round of disabling the plugins and try it again.

Noone else having similar issues and have found ways to fix it?

Thanks a lot for your support! I love this plugin and tool. Would be absolutely great if this issue could be solved.

    Best regards,
    A
