Thank you very much for your answer. The host sold me a web hosting with the possibility to make back-ups in the host’s hosting area. Of course, I thought, the site is even more secure then I would make the back-ups myself.
The host deleted all back-ups of the web hosting. And no, there are no back-ups left anymore, as they told me today.

And of course, I am going to have a new host. I hope there won’t be any new shocking experiences. Just right now I am quite well again, but this was a very upsetting day.
… and yes, I am going to rebuild my site thanks to WayBackMachine. I’ll find out how to do that…
