I think You Have To Recheck or add ‘noindex’ X-ROBOTS-TAG in the HTTP header for all WordFence related pages or block access for non-admin (GoogleBot/public).
I more thing I would Like To Tell You that Wordfence parameter is Added After My Site These Pages
No i Had Not Installed That Plugin After That Time, i am afraid if something Wrong Went With My site. I am still facing problem with these parameters even my all page results are deindexed by google. I find this query every where but i didn’t get my answer anywhere.
If i reinstall the plugin then my url parameter problem would be fixed?
