I though It’s not a bug for specific website.
It’s a missing feature implement for Embed media.
It work well when I create a Gallery from WordPress Media library, but not on Embed Media (embed Instagram).

I currently show Instagram username follow your instruction. But It will be better if plugin automatically show username. I will post idea follow your link.
