Thank you for your reply, Harish.
All themes and plug-ins on the site are constantly updated to the current version, as well as the core WordPress installation.
I do not use a translation plug-in on the site.
Aloha,
Blaine

In reply to: [Donations via PayPal] This organization can’t accept donations right now.@majordesigns, no, I have not. But I do have another site which is able to accept donations using a different setup.
https://www.kalihipalama.org uses a combination of Woo Commerce with the Woo Donations add-on plug-in to . The setup is a little more cumbersome than the Donations Via PayPal plug-in, but it does work.
I will likely change slippah.org to this Woo Commerce setup soon.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Donations via PayPal] This organization can’t accept donations right now.The site has been largely unchanged since about 2006. It has had WP SuperCache installed since then. It also uses Jetpack, which also provides image acceleration services. Have not had problems for 18 years with these plug-ins, nor with the PayPal Donations plug-in.
I have logged in to the PayPal account and detect absolutely no problems and have no notifications of any problems with the account. It can receive PayPal payments, just not from this plug-in, even though it has been operational for 18 years.
Any other thoughts will be welcome.

In reply to: [Donations via PayPal] This organization can’t accept donations right now.I am not using a shortcode; I am using the sidebar widget to put the Donate button on the site. https://www.slippah.org.
Most of the settings for the plug-in are set to default.
There is a caching plug-in: WP SuperCache. This site has been operating since 2005 or 2006 with very few changes. Earlier this year, my hosting provider, XV Host, was bought out by Sky Net Hosting, but Sky Net retained the same hosting setup.
Waiting for an update, as well. Disabling on all my sites.
Looks like today’s update fixed the problem. All sites are back, now.

In reply to: [BulletProof Security] Empty Plugin Folder EmailsFollow up: I am now receiving MULTIPLE identical emails from all of my 80 wordpress sites. I have deleted HUNDREDS of these emails yesterday and today.
They ALL point to Seedpod Coming Soon plugin folders. This is a false positive. The Coming Soon plug-in is installed on all my sites and active on a bunch of them. False-positive.
I am about to disabke Bulletproof on all my sites until the problem is resolved.

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] Email Confirmation Link Not ValidAloha all,
I apologize, after a few days of flogging this thing, I discovered that changes to the form preferences were not being saved in the MySQL database.
I would turn off the confirmation checkbox, save, navigate to a different preference, then go back to check on the confirmation and it would be fine.
I then navigated away from the plugin pages to somewhere else on the site, then navigate back to the plugin, and the changes would be reverted to requiring the verification.
I tried this several times, with the same results.
I finally went to the phpMyAdmin page and hacked the database fields to force no verification, and changed the cc: address fields.
This caused the form to work. It sent an email to all the public officials listed on the form preferences.
However, although the form acknowledged my signature on the public page, the signature did not appear in the database, and after navigating away from the site and returning, the form showed no signatures listed. Signature did not show up in the Admin panel, either.
After several days, the site owner made me take the form down. That is why you cannot see the form, now.
My apologies. I hope this information helps someone.

Thanks for the reply, Phil.
I leave all my sites at the default settings.

How long is an IP address blocked when it breaks a rule 2 hoursI have this same setup running on 120 sites, but out of them, 20 or 30 have given me this problem, on and off.
I have tried turning off login security on Bulletproof Security.
I thought it was due to Jetpack’s Photon CDN. Turned that off.
Then I thought it might be caching software Simple Cache, so disabled that.
It still pops up from time to time. I have had to disable all blocking on some of the sites as I need them to be available. I wish I could turn off only Rate Limiting or Advanced Blocking or some combination, without shutting the whole thing down.
It’s really embarrassing when I am showing a prospective client the site (and I know they have not been visiting the site) and I get a lockout screen.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Is there a debug mode I can invoke or a log file I can send you to help?
Thanks so much,
Blaine
Thanks so much!
Aloha! So far, 21 of my 105 WordPress sites are reporting this problem.
Most, but not all the sites I manage are in my GoDaddy Ultimate Linux Hosting account.
I manage several other sites not in my hosting account, but I believe all are on GoDaddy.com.
All of my sites run WordFence Security. All my sites run Bulletproof Security.
Some but not all of my sites also run iThemes Security. Mostly to mask the login page.
Not all of the errors are from sites with iThemes Security, though a couple are running this plug-in.
Thanks for any insight.
Aloha.
My apologies, the WordFence installs all updated to 6.2.7; my WordPress installs are all on 4.6.1.

In reply to: [Dyad] Clicking on Customize, sidebar content disappears!Aloha Siobhan,
Thank you for the suggestions. Your ideas gave me a direction. I tried it in Firefox and the menus responded normally. So I went back to Safari and the problem was still there. I looked in Safari settings to clear recent history, then I went to Wordfence plug-in speed caching settings and cleared the cache.
That fixed the problem.
Thanks again for your help.
Aloha,
Blaine
Mark,
Thanks so much for your note, and your great plug-in!
