Activating Plugin does nothing

I just purchased PRO and am trying to install the plugin in a brand new site. Activating the plugin does nothing. Gutenverse does not show up in the menu or admin bar , I can’t add the license

1. Which version of WordPress do you use?

   6.9
2. Which version of Gutenverse do you use?

   2.3.2
3. Which theme do you use and which version is it?

   twenty twenty-five
4. Do you install/activate Gutenberg plugin? If yes, which version is it? and if you deactivated it, does the issue still persist?
   nothing does anything
5. Is there other plugin activated alongside Gutenverse? If yes, please try deactivate it one by one and see if one of it caused a conflict. And please let us know if there is a plugin that conflicted with ours.
   No other plugins on this site – it’s a brand new install
