I’m getting the same error since this morning after an update.
Apparently the problem comes from the following pluggin: NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster

3. Update with the fix for this issue will be released later today.
Please update to the latest version 3.8.2. This problem has been fixed there.

“call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback” is not our error, it’s general WordPress error message. In your case woocommerce is causing it.
