    Hello,

I’m having issues downloading the data from the Analytics tab. When I click on the button, nothing happens and checking in the WooCommerce>Status>Scheduled Action showed failed processes, could someone that understands this give me a hint?

Whenever I want to look at the Orders tab in Analytics it always shows an error loading the info, not sure if that has anything to do with this but I had to click on different tabs before finally being able to see all my orders.

    Hi @zoonars,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Searching around we found a similar issue reported in Github which is related to a missing/deleted order. The user mentioned an order number that is appearing in the error messages but not available in their WooCommerce > Orders list.

Have you deleted an order or exported/imported orders? You can try looking up that order number (5699) in the database and try to download the data from Analytics again after removing any instances of that specific order from the database.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you Mirko!

I took a look at the reported issue and noted that by deleting the invalid order entries from wp_posts and wp_wc_order_stat resolved my issue. I was able to receive the email and was able to download the report.

Thank you so much for your persistent help!!
