Something is really odd with your site – as Andrew mentioned, it’s not loading a WP site directly. How is it installed on your server?

Has that moved or been deleted?
No nothing has been changed in the CSS until today. The CSS was copied and pasted into TextWrangler then cut from CSS sheet, updated. Viewed site and Style.css was still at the top left corner. then the CSS was replaced into WP CSS from TW

That’s good but the image you are referencing in your child theme’s style.css isn’t there anymore.
Either the child theme’s file got changes (which I doubt) or somehow that image got deleted or moved.
i am rewriting everything again i will repost if something does not work
the main issue is the fact that Style.css text comes up in the upper left it is not in the style.css i was just trying to find out why this happened after an update

I’ve installed that theme and created a child theme (I’ve used your style.css) and I’m not getting that results.
It looks like something is echoing style.css when you obvously didn’t mean to. Do you have a functions.php file? Can you share that with us here via pastebin.com?
it would be my school sever sorry to bother you all
and i am only running with a style sheet right now no other php suport type folders
