Can’t save after sync

Hello.

Normally when save for changes there are no problems. But if I sync and then press save, nothing happens, the button just shows keep turning. But it will never be done. Have tried to wait 10 min.

Everything is updated.

It’s woocommerce 3.2.x I’m trying to sync.

That said, normal translation works fine but not synchronization.

Do you have an idea to solve this?

This has been reported many times and usually turns out to be a server issue.

Please provide error messages from your log files and check the console output.

Hello. Unfortunately, I’m not a programmer.
So, something of what you propose is beyond my ability.

What I do not understand is that I can easily save when I have made changes to the translations.

It is only after synchronization that the problem occurs.

I have received this error today – Error: Blank response from server. Check console output for debugging information.

There are no errors in phperrors.log in this regard. In fact, no mistakes in recent months.

Browser console displays these errors.

I appreciate not all WordPress users are programmers, but my plugin is running on your web server. This means I need to see error messages in order to diagnose a fault.

I have no menu called [Loco Translate> Settings> Debug]

This means you don’t have debug mode enabled. Please enable this and run your checks again.

If you’re unable to log PHP errors, please ask your hosting provider to make sure WordPress error logging is set up properly.

By the way, ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE means the server closed the connection without sending any response. Even a fatal PHP error will send a response.

Thanks for posting, but without errors, I’m still making guesses.

Your maximum memory setting is insanely high. Who set this? Do you know your way around these settings?

It’s remotely possible that too much memory is being used and it’s causing a major fault further downstream. It would take such a fault to die suddenly like this and leave nothing in your PHP logs.

There will be errors somewhere, but you’ll need to check your Apache server and Lightspeed SAPI logs too. I can’t help you those things.

You’re going to have to ask your hosting provider to find the fault. They have a tendency to blame the developer of whatever you’re using at the time, but unless they can provide evidence of my code being the cause then I can’t do anything.

Now the memory is set at 256 mb, it did NOT do the trick. I also tried 64mb without result.
I have asked hosting to find the logs you requested, do not know if they send them.

Your PHP memory limit is still 1GB. Setting WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to something lower won’t work.

I can not find PHP.ini.
When I tried to put php_value memory_limit 256M into .htaccess, the website went down.

I tried to put it in several places in the file with the same result
