    Everything was working fine, chat was responding to our customers using information from the knowledge base. Nothing was done to the code, settings.

    It stopped working suddenly, and now chat only responds with the following message:

    Live agent has been notified.

    I even turned off the live agen

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @droidman86,

    It sounds like you somehow triggered the live chat action. Good news is, this is only active on your chat session and not everyone’s. I just tested it on your website and it responded fine.

    What you’ll need to do is either clear the chat session using the debugger on the left side if logged in as admin. Another way is set up the back to chatbot action and trigger it to go back to chatbot on that session!
