Dates on calender not working

I am trying out the free version on my website. I have created my services too but then when amelia renders on the webpage be it booking form, step by step booking or catalog view, i can not navigate beyond the calendar when selecting the date or on the step by step form after Service Selection, the calender can not render for the Date & Time section? I can’t figure out what i have not done right.
