    Hi!

    Just to know what is the difference between “Cancelled” and “Closed”, when I edit a reservation? Just to understand what the customer receives when I choose between those two words.

    Hi evo,

    The difference between the two is still the same as a few months ago when you asked about this (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/decline-a-reservation/).

    Here’s the difference:

    Closed – This status should be used when the restaurant declines or cannot accommodate a reservation. The customer will receive a notification that their booking has been rejected.

    Cancelled – This is used when the customer cancels their own reservation.
