I’m having trouble doing this through the plugin filter despite having the settings configured.

I see this post from 7 years ago, but is that still the case?

I’m having trouble getting any plugins to be disabled in wp-admin anywhere with these Filter permalinks:
https://www.sociocracyforall.org/wp-admin/ (trying to disable something everywhere in backend)
https://www.sociocracyforall.org/wp-admin/* (trying to disable something everywhere in backend)
https://www.sociocracyforall.org/wp-admin/edit.php (for edit page)

Seetings are *all* on (all of them… including ignore protocol, arguments, admin plugin loading, disable plugins by role, etc)
