    there is this issue on mobile:

    It appears automatically when the page loads.

    It looks like an issue with old styles being cached by the optimizer.

    Your site uses Perfmatters, and here you can see how it displays correctly with optimizations disabled https://www.runayaq.com?perfmattersoff

    Try regenerating the optimized CSS/JS files or excluding the Joinchat files (joinchat.min.css and joinchat.min.js) from optimization (they are already optimized).
