Hi,
Sorry, don’t quite understand the issue. Could you explain what is the expected result when you select “Macbook Air”? On your site, it seems to be partially working: https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guxpY7N (the product grid somehow is not correct, but it still filter the products).
Hi
Thank you for your response.
The problem is: I configured the shop module and the filter that it should show 9 products per Page with an ajax load “Load More” as result. I expect, when I filter “Macbook Air” to see 8 Products and not only 2. The “Macbook Air” category is with groupped products. When I select “Apple Watch” for example, it works fine, it shows the 9 Apple Watches of 12 and I can “Load more” to show the other last 3. The “Apple Watch” category are only simple products.

Can you go to Appearance > WooCommerce > Product Catalog, then match the “Products per row” as per your Divi Shop layout. Then can you check your posts per page settings at WP Admin > Settings > Reading, check the “Blog pages show at most” (WooCommerce use this to display the number of products). If you match the WooCommerce column and posts per page settings as per Divi Shop module, it should resolve the issue.
Hello
Ty for your quick answer.
“Products per row” is equal 9. I configured βBlog pages show at mostβ also to 9 and the Divi Shop Module has also in the configuration “show 9 Products”. But the bug still appears. It still show only 2 “Macbook Air”. I don’t think it is the mismatch with the configuration, I think the problem are groupped products, but I don’t know.
Any other suggestions? Please help π

Any chance you can export your site content for us to import it on our test site? I think we need to replicate your product setup to check this problem. Or if you know a specific setup that can trigger problem, please let us know. We will replicate your setup and check the problem again.
I could, but there are Users and stripe/twint and other sensitive data, which I don’t want to show. Is there any chance that we can skype and I can show you the problem and my configuration what I did?
If not I would build an another test site of my website without sensitive data, which you can use.
Btw. Sorry for my English my native language is German.

If you could build a test site to replicate the problem, that would be easier for us to debug. If you need to send us info privately, you can send it via our contact form: https://themify.me/contact.
I rebuild the site without sensitive data, can I send you the credentials on your email address instead sending it on a contact form in themify?
greetings
I’ve sent you the credentials of the test site by themify contact form.
hope you’ll find the problem ;).
greetings

Hello,
For me the issue is still there.
I am using DIVI + DIBI BodyCommerce’s shop module. And if I add a filter above this module, adding any filter still erases the actual category and just showcases ALL items that has that filter. Not INSIDE that category to match that filter.
@barthdesigns – On our Divi + Themify Product Filter, it seems to be fine: https://themify.me/demo/themes/divi-filter/
Could you give your site URL where we can see the problem?
Sure:
https://barthdesigns.hu/termek-kategoria/fenyvisszavero-matrica
Please let me know when you did see and test it, so I can deactivate it as it is not working, I did delete the filter.
As mentioned, I am using DIVI BODYCOMMERCE plugin instead of DIVI shop module.
Here is the link for the plugin: https://diviengine.com/product/divi-bodycommerce/
@barthdesigns Your shop page (https://barthdesigns.hu/termek-kategoria/fenyvisszavero-matrica/) has a lot of products. Could you give step by step on how see the problem on your site?
Well, In that category “Fenyvisszavero matrica” I have in total 24.
And just simply click on a subcategory, like “Nonfigurative mintak”
https://barthdesigns.hu/termek-kategoria/fenyvisszavero-matrica/nonfigurativ-mintak/
Then use the product filter I’ve created (just for test, filter by price).
And if you use this, it doesn’t just filter the items in “Nonfigurative”, but the whole “Fenyvisszavero” category.
Hope that helps?
ps: if you test, it looks very strange after a filter as well.
So I would like to deactivate it asap.
It is not very important, as the author of Divi BodyCommerce is building a product filter as well. So I can be without this kind of filter.
Your filter on my sidebar works perfectly π
