Divi Shop Module Issues

    Hello

    My shop has some groupped products, which should be filtered as categories. The shop has 2 pages for new brands and second hand. So I used the divi shop module with 2 different filters. The problem is the filter doesn’t show all products of an category, which is selected. It shows only 2 groupped products, but in the category has 8 groupped products for example: https://apfelphone.webmodus.ch/neu/ and filter “Macbook Air”. Is this an issue of the grouped products and the ajax response? Because the child products are hidden. The funny thing is, with simple products it works well for example: https://apfelphone.webmodus.ch/neu/ and filter “Apple Watch”.

    It sounds like compatibility issue with Divi BodyCommerce. Since it is a premium plugin, we don’t have a copy to test it. We will try to get a copy of plugin from their developer.
