    Hello!

I’m using WP-Cerber along with Clearfy and I saw that both plugins have some of the same options. So can you please look into it maybe make the plugin aware that if a duplicate security option is already on by another plugin, to warn or not activate?

I think it’s not wise to have two plugins doing the same exact security things, what do you think?

Also a small suggestion. Do you think it’s possible to add a security option to disable admins to be able to login through the frontend?

    Please let me know.
    Thanks!

  • Hello, @catmaniax! The fact is that not every user uses Cerber Security & Antispam. So if you are, then just disable the Clearfy functions which intersecting with WP-Cerber. Here is some FAQ tips about.

Now, about the suggestion. I’ve found your question/suggestion in Cerber’s support forum. We’ll think about how to devide login mechanism for other login forms if it’s possible. And also, we’ll think how to deny admin login via frontend form.

Thank you! I don’t think I’m asking for something out of this world, because it’s too bad and unsafe to be able to login through the frontend as an admin, bypassing all the 2FA.

@catmaniax unfortunately it’s impossible to separate login pages. WordPress Login = WordPress login. Even in Africa, India or on Mars.
If you have login in frontend it’s the same login, as wp-login.php

I think that if you’re using some custom solution like LMS with separate users database it would be work. Maybe, custom login plugin may help but there are thousands of situations and it’s difficult to make universal solution.

    Alright, thank you.

By the way, do you think that using the Assets Manager can cause incompatibilities with caching plugins?

Now the compatibility is good. If we’ll get any issues, we’ll fix them.
