    Hello,
    plugin is great. But I have issu, I write e-mail adress and hit “Send” button. The “circle” show up and its loading, but it does not send e-mail.
    Can you help me with that please?

    “From Email” field (Admin Menu > Downloads > Messages). Is set up to [email protected]
    I’ve enabled “Unlimited Links” and “Unlimited Emails” in the settings.

    Are your responsible for ‘download after email”? A plugin for wordpress? If yes, I have a question are the known problems with cache products like autoptimize, wp-rocket or even cloudflare CDN?

    I hope we get a response of you. You can see our problem now – op ipknowledge.nl net above the footer. When you will download – after place your email it comes in a loop.

    Hi Jaco,

    Using a caching plugin can cause an error when clicking the submit button of your download form. You can find more detailed information here (including solutions for some caching plugins).

    This is often easy to fix by configuring your caching plugin differently. We see (in the browser console) that you are using W3 Total Cache. You can read how to fix this problem regarding this caching plugin here.

    I am experiencing the same issue and unable to send emails. We have tried disabling the cache plugin, but still having the same issue. Any suggestions: http://www.perceptron.com is the site.

    Hi Karen,

    The ways in which a caching plugin handles nonces can differ per plugin, such as decrease the lifespan of the cache to less than 12 hours or exclude one or more pages from caching. Some caching plugins offer a more specific way to deal with nonces.

    It is therefore advisable to view the documentation and/or support tickets of the respective plugin. For the Hummingbird caching plugin you could take a look at:

    You may need to clear the cache before you see any differences (incl browser cache). In the page source you can find whether and on what date the page was cached.

    Not getting the emails either. I DO NOT have any cache plugin active and I also deactivated ALL other plugins, just to be sure. Why am I not getting any emails? Neither as user or admin.
