    The process that I want to do is to bulk delete the unnecessary users by importing CSV files which involved the important users only. But when I importing that CSV file of users and deleting users ticking “Delete users that are not present in the CSV?” , there is error of “Email not specified” for most of the users and there is no effect in the users list with no changes. How to solve it?

    The processes that I did are –

    • Exported CSV file
    • Changed that CSV file into Excel file
    • Managed the user data such as filtering and deleting in Excel
    • Changed that Excel file into CSV file
    • Imported to WordPress
    • Encountered this error.

    I know your process and I repeat again (which is a few times) that I think the problem is created by the way Excel treats CSVs.

    I suggest you use LibreOffice to test what happens or use a code editor to see the internal structure of the file (in case there are empty but created rows) and you don’t.

    I can’t do more. This is a free plugin. I don’t make money even because you use it because it’s free for you and it’s free help. But you don’t follow my instructions.
