    Hi

    Is there any way to turn off the email notifications that come through when an order is blocked?

    The notification setting ‘Send email notification to admin when an order is placed by a suspect’ is unchecked.

    Yes, you can.

    First, install or update our latest version 1.4.3. Then you can go to menu Blacklist Manager > Notifications > Blocking email > Disable “Send email notification to admin when an order is placed by a blocked customer”. That’s all.
