I THINK THE ACCOUNT (SITE) is not connected to the plugin..but I can’t do it if “CHATBOT PROFILE (PLUGIN) doesn’t work.

Released an update with fixes. Please update.
Instructions on how to add your chatbro profile to the plugin.
1) Go to your profile on chatbro.com and click “Enable api”. Copy “Account ID” and “Account Secret”.
2) Go to the chat plugin, then to the 4th tab of the plugin settings. Paste the copied data into the appropriate fields and click “Save changes”.

with the new update the account connected to the plugin (even if “chatbot profile and “prices” do not work) but another error has arisen, i.e. the shortcode [chatbro] DOES NOT WORK. The shortcode placed on the pages does not bring up the chat

I have not yet understood why the profile and prices tab does not work, because this is just an iframe. Regarding the shortcode, since your profile is imported, then for the desired chat, use the “copy shortcode” button.
Although, I think I know what is the reason that these tabs are not displayed. What language is your wordpress using?

it’s not right?
i have 1 chat, in the documentation it says to use this shortcode…before the update it worked

ps: i copied the shortcode with ID(chat) as you suggested but it doesn’t work.. there will be some error in displaying the shortcode

About shortcodes. Is the chat displayed without using a shortcode? If you just set it to “Show popup chat” as “everywhere”.

yes, with “everywhere” the chat is shown on the whole site EXCLUSIVELY in the “footer” but the shortcode is NOT shown
