You have set the “static” option with the containerDivId = chatbro, but you don’t have that container on the page. Therefore, the chat appeared at the bottom of the page.
Go to chat editor and set “Default view”->”Layout”->”Type” as movable and save settings.
Make sure you paste the shortcode exactly where you expect to see the chat. And please paste here the shortcode you are trying to use.-

I want the “static” chat as it was before the update. Use this shortcode: [chatbro id=”84NC1″ static=”false”]
up:I fixed it by changing the shortcode to “true”.
Thanks for the assistance, you are the best

I put the shortcode in two pages, 1 page works and the other doesn’t (?)
CONFIG: Default view->TYPE:STATIC
shortcode: [chatbro id=”84NC1″ static=”true”]
here the shortcode works:: https://url.dev/m/8NWeQE1/
Here NO: https://url.dev/m/vCcBZDp/
another error: user (with no admin permission) displays admin menu: https://ibb.co/9bsQgbJ
another error: user (with no admin permission) displays admin menu: https://ibb.co/9bsQgbJ
This user does not have access to the chat, this is a user from the site that is set by the parameters. But at the moment you have a session cookie that allows you to control the chat. If you log out of the site, the administrator will appear in the chat menu.
Thanks for the detailed information about shortcodes, I will look for the problem so that there are no misunderstandings
Updated plugin to 4.0.5. Fixed shortcode option static=false, for cases when the chat is defined as static.
Thanks again for the bug info.I updated the plugin but I didn’t understand what was fixed
shortcode doesn’t work

” This user does not have access to the chat, this is a user from the site that is set by the parameters. But at the moment you have a session cookie that allows you to control the chat. If you log out of the site, the administrator will appear in the chat menu.”
so it only happens to the admin?
Fixed situation then you have “CONFIG: Default view->TYPE:STATIC” and using shortcode [chatbro id=”84NC1″ static=”false”]. In some situations, this did not allow creating a container for chat

Yep.
Why do you think the shortcode [chatbro id=”84NC1″ static=”true”] on this page doesn’t work? https://url.dev/m/vCcBZDp/

I have a little problem with translations, I use “loco translate” to translate plugins but I can’t find the strings to translate this: https://ibb.co/0Xm27XC
thank you for your support

There is some other problem here. Even the embed code does not appear on this page. Haven’t figured out why yet.
but I can’t find the strings to translate this: https://ibb.co/0Xm27XC
The chat is loaded from our server, not from WordPress. We don’t have an Italian translation yet, but if you want, you can help us translate. https://www.chatbro.com/en/translation/
