Error Installing License

As with the other topic you replied in, I would ensure you’ve checked everything in our troubleshooting instructions as well – along with checking for front-end conflicts by trying to register the key with other plugins disabled temporarily: https://www.wordfence.com/help/api-key/#installing-your-free-license-key

There can be some requirements around Cloudflare to allow your site’s IP to access itself via loopback and sometimes our IPs need to be allowed too: https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/#servers-and-ip-range. I wouldn’t necessarily expect these to present an issue during registration but is worth checking.

If you’ve tried all of the above, you should still be able to send a diagnostic from the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics menu to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
