Error with the plugin

I’m having several issues with the extension.
On a computer, the homepage takes a long time to load when you arrive at the part of the page containing the widget code. https://streamable.com/2yo1qq
On an iPhone, the page constantly reloads before becoming unavailable. https://streamable.com/ruxok0If I remove the part with the widget code or disable the extension, everything works normally.
I don’t understand what’s causing the problem because there was no problem in pre-production.
I’ve currently removed the part with the code on the homepage, but on the page https://www.notesdestyles.com/nos-agences/architecte-dinterieur-bas-rhin/agence-notes-de-styles-strasbourg/, you can see that it’s taking a very long time to load.
