Hi @nizamjensani,
Thanks for sharing your update, and I understand how concerning it is to run into a feed formatting error from Pinterest, especially after everything else seems to be up to date and working correctly on your end.
I noticed you referenced a similar thread here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/remote-sync-status-processing-failed/#post-18555490. Just to confirm, have you already tried the initial suggestions shared there? For example, checking whether any hidden, draft, or out-of-stock products might be included in your feed (even unintentionally), or reviewing the product types being synced?
That could help us narrow down whether a particular product type is causing the {“DELIMITER_ERROR”:1} formatting issue Pinterest is reporting.
Also, to better understand your setup, could you please share your site’s System Status Report? You can get it by going to WooCommerce > Status, clicking Get system report, then copying the contents and pasting it at https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com — then share the link here.
Looking forward to your update so we can investigate further!
Hi there,
Since it’s been quiet here for a bit, I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved. If you still need anything, feel free to reach out anytime.
And if you have a minute to share your thoughts, we’d truly appreciate a review:
