well, I didn’t provide that option because it’s likely you will get banned from pulling the RSS feed at that rate…if you want, you can change the code in the options.php file and import_posts.php files, but I would advise against doing that.
Interesting, why do you say that I would get banned? Can an rss feed tell how often something is checking it?

yes…when you pull an rss feed, the server you are pulling from can blacklist you if it thinks it’s pulling too often. Anyway, you can change it if you want.

did you download the most recent version?
I believe it’s up to date. It doesn’t say that there’s an update for me to do.
I’m pretty sure I just did an update in the last couple of days. It almost seems like it;s been more an an issue the last couple days now as well. Possibly related?

what is an example RSS feed where you are getting duplicate posts?
What seems to be happening right now is I’ll get a post from a certain feed, and then 10 minutes later I’ll get the exact same post from the same feed. This seems to be a new thing, I don’t remember this happening before. In fact it just happened. I have to keep monitoring my posts right now because it’s happening regularly now for some reason.

Yeah it’s weird because it’s not happening all the time, and it’s not the same feed all the time. It’s random for both.
