    Hello. I am trying to fix this issue, but nothing seems to work. I did find this forum post and implemented the GitHub functions.php code suggested on the this forum post , but nothing happens. To recap, anyone who attempts to donates gets a critical error from WordPress (example from the logs).

    What can I do to ultimately address this? Thank you!

    Since the code snippet did not solve things for you, we would like to dig deeper to understand what is happening with GiveWP on your site.

    To do that, please reach out to us via our contact form at https://givewp.com/contact-us/? Use the option that says “I am responding to a request to contact you.” Provide the link to this thread as context, your system info, etc. and we will happily help you.

    To access your system information, navigate to GiveWP > Tools > System Info (tab), click the button to Get System Report and copy/paste ALL of the text in your email reply.  Here is a (silent) video showing you were to find and copy this info.
