Form Builder Not Working Properly

    Whenever I click the submit button it auto-hides the form even if the Hide after submission is disabled. There are lots of issues:
    1. After Clicking Edit on Form Action the Title vanishes
    2. The entry interface is not good.
    3. Auto hides after submitting
    4. Submit successfully popup not showing
    Please guide me to this. I need this urgently

    Could you send us the form’s settings?
    We need to replicate the issue on our side.

    Hi @srtatsumi ,

    After we investigate,
    1. The title is bugged as you mentioned, we’ve added this to our bug list and will be fixed as soon as the next update.
    2. We will update the entry interface to make it easier for owner to process the data.
    3. We try to replicate the issue, but the form doesn’t auto hide. We also checked the form on your site, it seems the form also doesn’t auto hide after submission.
    4. Currently we only have notification under the submit button after submission, we might consider adding popup notification after submission, but we can’t promise it.

    Even it still has bugs, I noticed you have a quick response to customers, I would like to thank you for that.

    Regarding forms:

    1- I created a confirmation page then used the ‘redirect to’ feature, it works perfectly but the problem is when I hit the back button. It must be disabled

    2- Another problem when I press the submit button will direct me to the confirmation page even if the form is empty

    3- when using “hide after submit” the message that should appear after submitting the form, always appears even if you have not submitted any form

    ** I haven’t tested the login and payment forms yet

    Boolean options
    Email verification
