    We have setup a simple form name “Website Mitra Contact Form” to collect visitor’s contact info & message whenever the bot cannot answer their questions or when the visitors ask to connect to a live agent. We also want the form to be presented at the end of every chat session in case the visitor would like to leave us their contact info. How do we ensure that the form is displayed in these situations?

    These are the trigger phrases we have configured:

    • Talk to someone
    • Connect to agent

    In addition to this, we also added the below AI instructions in the Chatbot behavior settings:

    • If required information is NOT in the knowledge database, present the Website Mitra Contact Form and show this message: “I don’t have enough information to respond accurately. Please submit the contact form or email [email protected] or talk to us at https://book.hua.edu/”
    • End the chat by presenting the Website Mitra Contact Form and inviting the user to get in touch with us

    Should the above setup work? We are not sure that it is working as intended.
