    Hi,

    You have not enabled caching support in settings. Please enable that, then clear the cache again and check.

    If it does not work then, can you please disable Disqus and our plugin for a moment and check if it is working properly with default WordPress comments?

    Since this issue is not happening for others, I need to make sure that it is just our plugin’s issue.

    Joel, that option was enabled before. It’s only disabled because I tried multiple things to no avail. It didn’t make a difference at all. The same thing happened.

    Have you tried default WordPress comments? Does it work properly (Don’t forget to clear cache after deactivating our plugin)?

    No issues with WordPress comments.
